The Restaurant must close promptly at 2:00pm because the students are dismissed from school.

Matt Giorgio created the winter menu and currently lives in Conshohocken.  Matt attends Plymouth Whitemarsh High School is in his third year at Central Montco.  Matt will be attending Montco for two years and finishing out his bachelors degree at another post secondary school after graduation.
